Every stuff member is polite and strives to meet your needs. The location is favourable, 1 mile from Raghunath Temple. And its set in a green area right by bus depot and the mountains that where illuminated and the railway station.

The hotel was functional and ideal and overlooked the mountain. The property's position was decent, not far from also pretty close to main market and Bus Stand and the mountains that were illuminated. It also was close to train station.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious rooms with great decor, the super comfy beds, and the courteous and welcoming staff. The food was also delicious with a diverse menu to cater to everyone's taste buds. In-room dining was a pleasant experience, especially for the kids. The hotel is well-located, and the facilities were top-notch. we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and memorable visit to this city.

The hotel had a beautiful garden in the front and the back with lots of open spaces. The food quality was good and the staff were polite. , the hotel provided vehicles to and fro for Banganga for 24 hours.

The restaurant was understaffed, which led to a long waiting time for food. The noise level was high due to the loud bhajans being played at 7 am which could be disturbing.

Overall it was an excellent stay for 3 nights. This was a particularly good location very close to the railway station and the central area as well as the restaurant. Furthermore, in the mountains that were illuminated.

The rooms at Fortune Park in Katra were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We were delighted to find that everything exceeded our expectations, from check-in to the room service. The property had a great location, near the railway station and just 2 km away from the market. The washrooms were also spacious and well-equipped. And the hotel even provided pick up and drop-off services for the Vaishno mata darshan. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Fortune Park.

Despite the excellent experience, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel cab service was not up to par, as it took over 45 minutes for them to pick us up from the Banganga taxi stand after our tiring darshan.
